🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

For non-personalized items like our Pokémon desk humidifier/lamp, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery when the product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange a free replacement or a suitable solution.
Return shipping:

• Our error / damaged item: EPIC OTAKU covers the return.

• Change of mind: customer covers return shipping (prepaid label available on request).
